Istanbul Airport Transfers

* Air-conditioned vehicles according to the size of the group and number of people and mainly English speaking assistance included unless otherwise confirmed.

* Rates are quoted separately for transfers to/from Atatürk International Airport IST (European side of the city) and for transfers to/from Sabiha Gökcen Airport SAW (Asian side of the city).

Arrival information:

* All passengers and groups will be met in the arrival hall after the passport control, luggage reclaim and customs check area by appointed staff/guide of AVOTUR and a sign with the name of the client in the case of individuals or a sign with the group name or your company’s name in the case of group arrivals will be posted for clients to easily recognize our staff.
* In very rare cases when the client fails to find our staff he/she is recommended to go to the Information desk in the arrival hall and ask for AVOTUR staff to be paged. In no case should the client leave the terminal before spotting our staff as in that case he/she will have difficulty getting back into the terminal.
* Please make sure all clients arriving in Turkey have the proper documentation, passport and visa if necessary. While passport holders of certain countries can obtain the visa on arrival at the designated desks in the immigration area, citizens of some countries must obtain their visas at the Turkish Diplomatic Missions before departure. Our staff won’t be able to assist any passenger arriving without the necessary documentation and denied entry to the country for this or any other reason.

Departure information:

* All passengers and groups departing on an international flight will be picked up from their hotel 3 hours before the scheduled departure time of their flight unless otherwise agreed on.
* Pick-up time for domestic departures is 2 hours before departure even though during peak periods and in the case of distant hotels this may also be revised upon agreement with the clients.
* All clients and groups will be given the information regarding hotel pick-up time on their arrival.
* Clients should be advised that on entering both the international and domestic terminal their check-in as well as carry-on luggage will be screened for security purposes and therefore to avoid delays and any unfavorable situations we make sure clients are in the terminal well before the departure time.
* For your information, in the departure hall, clients will have the opportunity to enjoy various restaurants, cafes and bars as well as shops selling local and foreign brands and products. Wireless internet access is provided.
